Supply us with electronic files OR camera-ready artwork
for any logos to be used. We will be happy to do a reasonable amount of typesetting at no cost, in almost any font. We will submit a Proof, which must be approved before we can print.

We will use any other PMS colors of your choice for a $25(F) wash-up charge per color.

Your client's logo can be prominently displayed at no charge. (See 1-HF in our catalog for example.)

 


Date Highlighting is a custom feature that ensures
your client's special dates are noticed. $85.00 (E) and
up, depending on complexity. See page 3 of catalog
for examples.

  • Option B. Rolled and inserted in Mailing Tubes (Suitable for mailing) - $.66 each (F)
  • Option C. Rolled and inserted in 2" diameter Clear Plastic Poly Bags $.25 each (F). Letter insertion add $.04 (F).

 

 
Shipping charges billed at cost.
Drop shipment is $3.00 per location (net).
Mailing Service:
A. Tube Mailing - $.35 each net for labor, (minimum
charge of $225) from electronic file only. Bulk mailing
is available for 250 or more pieces at about $1.50 postage per tube (as of 1/1/08). First class postage is approximately $2.50 each with no minimum quantity. If your client intends to mail the calendar, please have us do it - this service could save your client shipping costs. Postage costs must be received prior to shipping.
Delivery Time:   Series 2 & Message Boards:

Our normal delivery time is 2-3 weeks After Proof Approval. It takes 2-3 days to produce the necessary art for proofs. On custom jobs, more time may be needed, so please plan accordingly. There is no cut-off date, but sooner is better... but you know that! On late date orders, we recommend shipping partials UPS Second Day Air.		  
All products except Series 1 size are priced by quote because there are so many variations. Important factors are the quantity, number of colors, thickness of the board (8-27 point) lamination, and whether to include a pen.

  The price for plastic lamination includes a damp-wipe marker, with Velcro® dot attachment, for the write-on wipe-off surface. You may have any part of a total quantity laminated. Pricing is for 2 side film lamination - suitable for Calendars, Perpetual Planners, Vacation Planners, and Write-on Wipe-off memo boards.

  • Please Note: Printing is an imprecise process where
    quantity is concerned. We will ship and bill up to 10% under run or over run, but not over 50 pieces, plus or minus.
